Ive challenged myself this season to *finally* start making some of these recipes I see and get inspired by. We got back from a weekend away and the last thing I felt like doing was cooking, but after seeing your beautiful pictures and reading your blog, I just had to make this! Okay, so not the most pleasant circumstances, but Ive been feeling a little ill due to a medical procedure and instructed not to eat much aside from white bread.
